Healing the Hidden Wounds That Hold You Back

Gain confidence and tools to better manage anxiety and stress, heal from trauma and relationship pain, and live more fully with hope and connection.

Do You Feel Like You’re Carrying an Invisible Weight?

You might be carrying pain from your past, maybe from childhood, relationships, faith struggles, or hard life changes. Sometimes it shows up quietly, like anxiety or self-doubt. Other times it feels loud, such as burnout, people-pleasing, or conflict that will not go away. No matter how much you try, you still feel like you are never quite enough.

If this sounds like you, please know this: it is not just in your head. And it is not your fault.

Trauma that has not been healed often lives deep inside, in your body, your heart, and the way you connect with others. Even if you seem to have it all together, you might feel stuck, exhausted, or overwhelmed by patterns you cannot change.

Healing does not mean going back to relive the pain. It means going deeper to reclaim the parts of you that had to hide, protect, or work so hard just to survive.

You are not broken. You are growing toward wholeness.

Whether you are facing challenges in your relationships, grieving a loss, wrestling with your faith, or feeling a silent ache you cannot name, you do not have to carry it alone.

We are all wired for connection

We are built to connect, but trauma and pain can fracture that wiring. When connection breaks, it leaves shadows of loneliness, fear, and the feeling that something inside you is missing.

My work focuses on rebuilding those broken connections. Using therapies like EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment work, psychodynamic, parts work, and narrative approaches, I help you face what’s hidden beneath the surface and reclaim parts of yourself lost to survival.

You don’t have to stay in the dark. Healing is possible, and connection can be restored.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth, LPC

I’ve created this space with you in mind.

I see the exhaustion behind the smile, the strength you’ve carried in silence, and the hope you’re still holding even when it feels worn thin.

Therapy with me is not surface-level. I’m not the kind of therapist who just listens and nods. I’m here with you fully present, engaged, and invested. I ask meaningful questions and offer real reflections along with practical tools and skills. I hold space for both your truth and your growth.

I’ll ask the hard questions when they matter. I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and sometimes a little humor to help lighten what feels heavy.

There may be tears. There may be laughter. There will always be care.

This is a space for real healing, real insight, and real connection. You will be seen, not just heard.

Whether you’re carrying old wounds, dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, struggling with relationship patterns, grieving in ways others don’t see, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you are welcome here.

Valentine’s Day Reflection: Why We Sabotage Love (and How to Stop)

Why do we push love away just when we need it most? Fear of rejection, past wounds, and deep-seated beliefs often lead to self-sabotage in relationships. We unknowingly create barriers to love, assuming heartbreak is inevitable. But what if we could break free from these patterns? This blog explores why we sabotage love, the hidden fears behind our actions, and, most importantly, how to heal. Love doesn’t have to feel like a test or a ticking time bomb, it can be safe, steady, and fulfilling. Read on to discover how to stop pushing love away and start letting it in.
